VISA REQUIREMENT

NO VISA NEEDED FOR:

AFRICAN COUNTRIES

      African Countries members of UMOA (West African Monetary Union) and ECOWAS (Economic Community of West African States)  do not require an entry visa.

                  Recommended inoculations: Yellow Fever  (recommended)

EU COUNTRIES

      Citizens of countries member of the European Union (EU) do not need visa

to travel to Senegal for up to three months stay.

N.B: Not concerned 10 new EU countries entering in May 2004.

  OTHER VISA EXEMPTIONS

     Visa also not required for the following European and American countries:

            APPLICATION FORMS : Each applicant must fill 2

applications and affix a passport photo to each ( 2 photos overall)

Visa Cost : Up to 15 days: £3.15

                           15-30 days: £7.35

                            30-90 days: £10.50

- You need a valid return ticket and an invitation letter or a booking of hotel if relevant.

- You can submit your visa application: Monday-Friday from 10'30am-1pm

Collection date : 3 working days after submission from 1pm to 3pm

APPROVAL FROM SENEGAL NEEDED PRIOR TO VISA PROCESSING FOR

CITIZENS FROM :

Important Notice : For this category of visa the authorities in Senegal must

give their approval, hence a longer period of time is needed to process such

visas. Therefore applicants are asked to submit their application at least

6 weeks before the intended date of travel.

APPLICATION FORMS : Each applicant must fill 2 applications and affix

a passport photo to each (so 2 photos overall).

Visa Cost : Up to 15 days: £3.15

                           15-30 days: £7.35

                            30-90 days: £10.50
